The initial attraction to Cold Banana was the account management and relationship skills they hold, really getting to the nitty-gritty of our company and identifying lots of ways to improve our systems without being pushy about it. Secondly, the dev team in particular have built really simple and robust systems, which has ensured our maintenance and regular ‘breaks’ have been minimised hugely.
